As the Chief Information Officer at the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Zulkarnain leads ICT and digital transformation initiatives, strengthens information governance, and aligns technology strategies with organizational objectives.

Holds a Master’s in Information Management Science and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, complemented by professional certifications including PMP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Certified IPv6 Gold Engineer, and ITIL.

Had also experiences in spearheading numerous digital initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, service delivery, and cybersecurity standards.
