Søren Corfixsen Whitt is Head of Division at the Danish Business Authority. Søren has worked extensively with corporate law since 2008, including as the author of various corporate law books and articles. He is the head of the team of lawyers who, among other things, handle changes in corporate law regulation and statutory interpretation at the Danish Business Authority.
