Ljubinka joined Moody’s in 2022 as a Senior Regulatory Manager after 10+ years of business registry experience. She oversees data strategies to support Moody’s compliance and third-party risk management solutions. Her expertise spans national and cross-border company data interoperability, beneficial ownership registration, registry e-services, and registry data distribution models and mechanisms. She has served as an international expert assisting jurisdictions in the introduction and enhancement of beneficial ownership legislation and the establishment of effective BO registries. She has been a member of the Business Registry Insights Working Group since 2019.
