Ms. Ieva Tarailienė is Head of Registry Practice and a principal consultant at NRD Companies. She is a seasoned expert in public registers, corporate law, and digital transformation, with extensive experience helping governments modernize registries and develop digital systems that make services more transparent, efficient, and business-friendly. 

She contributed her expertise to UNIDROIT’s Guide on Best Practices for Electronic Business Registries and has led registry reform and digitalization projects across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia. Earlier in her career, Ieva worked at the Lithuanian State Enterprise Centre of Registers, where she also served as Acting CEO and played a key role in building the Lithuanian Business Registry and introducing electronic registration services. Her international work, spanning countries such as Zanzibar, Kenya, Uganda, the Philippines, Palestine, Ghana, Belize, and Laos, has given her a unique perspective on how different cultural and regulatory environments shape registry development.
