Julian Lamb is a global expert in company registries, beneficial ownership, and AML/CFT frameworks with over 40 years’ experience in the financial services sector.

He served for nearly 25 years as Executive Director and Registrar of Companies at the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), where he led the transformation of Jersey’s Companies Registry into a world-leading digital model and played a key role in international AML/CFT assessments. Before joining the JFSC, Julian held senior positions (including at director level) over twenty years within banks, trust companies and audit firms. His leadership was recognized with the Digital Jersey “Digital Leader” Award (2022) and multiple IACA Merit Awards for registry innovation.

Julian currently advises governments and organizations worldwide through roles with EwealthGlobal Group, Associate with Monere Global, the EU AML/CFT Global Facility, The World Bank and as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Foster Moore. He has been an active board member of several international registry organizations, including EBRA, CRF, EBR, and IACA.

A Fellow of ACCA and CISI, and a Chartered Director with the UK Institute of Directors, Julian is also a regular international speaker, valued for his insight on transparency, governance, and digital transformation.
