A determined and dynamic leader, he is highly skilled in strategic planning, transformation and change management, research, management consulting, and programme management. He has founded and successfully exited two companies and is widely recognised as a thought leader in registry domains and e-government, having published extensively on registry-related topics.

For Foster Moore, John is leading the development of a global data exchange platform designed to enable interoperability across all registers. Working in partnership with Bundesanzeiger and the Colegio de Registradores, this initiative is now at an advanced stage of development and deployment.
