Hans is currently the Assistant Chief Executive of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority’s (ACRA), leading the Enterprise Strategy and Innovation  Group which oversees ACRA’s corporate development and digital transformation  functions. More recently, Hans was the Divisional Director of the Compliance Division which sets the strategic direction and execution of ACRA’s compliance &  enforcement efforts. This includes both the regulation of corporate service  providers and relevant business entities for compliance with AML-CFT requirements as well as the regulation of business entites for corporate compliance. Prior to joining ACRA in 2020, Hans served 8 years with the  Intelligence service in the Ministry of Defence and, 4 years with Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting team
