Christoph Labenski is working as a judge for the judiciary of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, since 2019. He has been in charge of register matters since 2023 and is part of the judiciary team for the maintenance of the business register software. In particular, he is responsible for international matters and the implementation and further development of the business register procedure due to existing and upcoming new regulations. Since 2023 he is also a part of the Business Registry Insights project group
