Celia studied law and graduated in 2008. She worked as a corporate lawyer until she was appointed as a judge at the end of 2011 and has since worked in various areas of law. Celia joined the Project Group RegisSTAR/AuRegis in 2013, which works on behalf of the Ministry of Justice in North Rhine Westphalia and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the German electronic Business Register system as well as the International Business Register interoperability. She took over as Project Manager in 2021.
